Since I’ve been a reading machine, I went ahead and changed my reading goal from 30 to 50. I might regret that in a month when I don’t feel like reading Ha! I go through phases with it so that wouldn't surprise me.

I've had a really wonderful birthday weekend. It's made me quite happy (: I have the best family and friends in the world! So yes ...

So I get home to a surprise today. I walk in my room and see this mammoth of a monitor and was shocked. I guess my brother found a really awesome deal on an even BIGGER monitor (it's pretty much a damn TV!!), and he gave me this one. Going from a 19" to a 22" is a huge deal for me ... My brother competed a few weeks ago in Tough Mudder, up in Vermont. I went along for support, and try to get some decent photos of the event. I wish we, as spectators, had more access to all of the obstacles, but as it was ... It was TOUGH for me, I can't even imagine my brother who was the participant.
